Shipping Carriers & Tracking
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post or Couriers Please. A tracking number will be provided to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, which are beyond our control.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier reserves the right to leave it in a safe place, provided there is a secure and out-of-sight location.
Embroida is not responsible for parcels marked as 'delivered' but not received. This is not covered under shipping insurance.
Australia-Wide Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Express Shipping: $15.00
New Zealand Delivery (all prices in AUD)
- Standard Shipping: $15.00
- Express Shipping: $25.00
Other International Delivery (all prices in AUD)
- Standard (under 500g): $20.00
- Standard (over 500g): $30.00
- Express (under 500g): $35.00
- Express (over 500g): $40.00
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By placing an order with Embroida, you authorize the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home at the time of delivery. If you require a signature on delivery, please request this at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding personalised items). Please check individual product pages for specific processing times.
Estimated delivery timeframes (within Australia):
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Remote or rural areas (e.g., Perth, regional locations) may take up to 10 business days.
For international orders, delivery timeframes vary. Please check the latest delivery estimates with Australia Post: International delivery times - Australia Post.
Embroida is not responsible for late deliveries or any loss or damage related to delayed shipments.
Incorrect Address & Returned Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipping fee will apply. If a parcel is undeliverable to the intended recipient, we will contact the purchaser to discuss available options.
