Turnaround Times
Every Embroida order is individually prepared and personalised in our Western Sydney studio. Production times vary depending on the product and the amount of custom work required.
The estimates below are production times only. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and dispatched.
Standard personalised products
Approximately 1–2 business days
This generally includes:
- Personalised baby blankets
- Bunnies, teddies and comforters
- Personalised towels
- Baby and children’s clothing
- Personalised gift sets
- Standard embroidered sweaters and T-shirts
Some products may take longer if additional customisation, artwork or stock ordering is required. Please check the individual product page for any product-specific turnaround information.
Christening & Baptism Towels
Up to 5 business days
This includes the time required to prepare your artwork, simplify or digitise the design and complete the embroidery.
Memory Sweaters, Hoodies and T-Shirts
Up to 14 business days from the date we receive your fabric
Production cannot begin until your sentimental garments have arrived at our studio and all required instructions have been received.
If artwork approval is required, turnaround begins after the design has been approved.
Please allow additional time for your garments to reach us and for your completed order to be shipped back to you.
Custom Line Drawings and Children’s Artwork
Approximately 7–14 business days
This includes the time required to prepare your artwork, simplify or digitise the design and complete the embroidery.
Turnaround begins once we have received a suitable photograph or drawing and all required details. If you have requested a proof, production time begins after your approval has been received.
Delays in approving artwork may delay completion of your order.
Business, Logo and Bulk Embroidery
Turnaround depends on the quantity, garment availability, artwork requirements and embroidery complexity.
Most business, cap and bulk orders take approximately 2–3 weeks once garments are available and artwork has been approved. A more accurate timeframe will be provided with your quote.
New business logos require digitising before embroidery can begin.
Orders containing different products
If your order contains products with different turnaround times, the entire order will usually be dispatched together when all items are complete.
Please contact us before ordering if you need part of your order sent separately.
Artwork and proof approval
If you request an embroidery proof, we will generally email it within one business day for standard products.
Memory pieces, line drawings, children’s artwork and business logos require additional preparation time.
Please check your email and approve your artwork promptly. Embroidery will not begin until approval has been received.
Shipping time
Turnaround time refers to production only and does not include delivery.
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide. Express Post is available for $15 at checkout.
Selecting Express Post provides faster delivery after dispatch, but it does not shorten the time required to create your order.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Local pickup
Free pickup is available from Western Sydney. You will receive an email when your order is complete, together with the pickup address and instructions.
Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup email before arriving.
Need your order by a particular date?
Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a birthday, baby shower, Christening, Baptism or another special event.
We will confirm whether your requested date is achievable before you place your order. Adding a required date to the order notes does not guarantee completion by that date unless it has been confirmed with us.
Peak periods
Turnaround times may increase during Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and other busy periods.
Current delays, holiday closures and order cut-off dates will be displayed on our website when applicable.
What is a business day?
Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and NSW public holidays.
Turnaround begins once we have received your completed order, correct personalisation details, suitable artwork or photographs, required garments or fabric, and proof approval where applicable.
